The manicurist notice that I have very think dead skin and suggested that I top up to extend the session so they can remove more dead skin.
This prompt me to recall an incident in Thailand a few years ago. I went for a foot massage and they keep telling me my dead skin is a lot and keep pushing me to remove the dead skin then do foot massage. And it will be better for me.
TheN remove of the dead skin was done by another manicurist, and she do till she want to cry as my dead skin is very thick. But due to her hard effort, I give her 100% tips as she really put in a lot of effort. 😋
I did not regrets topping up, The manicurist at Nailz Galleryz is very professional and the result is very good. And I am really satisfied with it and did not regret to top up for a job well done. "

"I always enjoy my sessions at causeway point. All the staff are always smiling n very customer oriented. Despite a busy day and my last minute call for appointment, staff were able to fit me in.
Today's session was the same. Olivia attended to me and did a thoroughly good job.
Took the trouble to explain on using nail mask prior to applying color as my nails are always colored. Good customer service as usual.

They have massage chairs and staff will even massage my hands and legs and apply lotion. My phone was running out of battery and one of the staff let me used her charger which I’m very thankful for her kindness. Overall, I’m very impressed by their service and skills.
